Q: How can I earn points?
A: You can earn points and experience through a variety of Glamily activities, including inviting friends, creating great videos, participating challenges and signing up in the first place! See the above graphic for a full list.

Q: What can I use my points for?
A: Points can be used to apply for glam gifts or redeem reward. Full tutorials are available in Glamily App. You can review your current point balance as well as redemption list in Glamily App.

Q: Do my points expire?
A: Your points expire 6 months after they’re first earned. Points expires at the last day of month six months later. E.g. point earned on 02-09 will expire on 08-31.

Q: How often can I redeem rewards?
A: There is no limit on reward redemptions so long as you have enough points.

Q: How do I redeem my points for rewards?
A: Simply click on the reward you want in your redemption list and follow the checkout instructions that will pop up to add your reward to your bag!

Q: Do I have to pay shipping for gifts I redeem?
A: Nope! You don’t pay any fees when redeeming gifts or applying for and winning gifts.

Q: What is Experience?
A: Experience is a reflection of your influence in our community. It is independent of points; think of it as a kind of Karma counter.

A: More experience means higher level which will allow you more access to Glamily activities such as the ability to redeem higher quality gifts! Below is the experience and level mapping table.
