Your privacy, and the privacy of all users of Glamily is important to us. Glamily is committed to protecting your privacy online. This privacy policy explains the personal data Glamily processes, how Glamily processes it, and for what purposes. This Privacy Policy sets forth the policies and procedures of personal information received from users of the Service, including but not limited to the website at www.Glamily.com, and/or the mobile applications created by Glamily (collectively, the "Glamily Service" or "Service" or "Product").

This Privacy Policy is applicable to all site visitors, registered users, and all other users of the Service.

Things others do and information they provide about you. We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Service. This can include information about you, such as when others share or comment on a photo of you, send a message to you, or upload your contact information.

Device Information

We collect information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Service. Information we obtain includes:

Ads and other sponsored content: Used to select and personalize ads and offers.

Provide measurement, analytics, and other business services

We help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services.

Promote safety, integrity, security and legal compliance

We use information to verify accounts, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam, and promote safety on and off our Product.

Communicate with you

We use your information to send marketing communications, communicate about our Product, and respond to you when you contact us.

We use both automated and manual (human) methods of processing, including artificial intelligence (AI), to improve our services and accuracy.

Sharing on Glamily

People and accounts you share and communicate with: You choose the audience for what you share.
Public information: Can be seen by anyone, on or off our Product. This includes your username, public profile, and content shared with a public audience.
Content others share or reshare about you: People who can see your activity can choose to share it with others.
Information about your active status: People in your network can see if you are active on the Product.
Business transfers: If ownership changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

Sharing with Third-Party Partners

We don't sell any of your information to anyone. We share information with:

Partners offering goods: To complete transactions and rewards.
Advertisers: Provided as aggregated reports without personally identifying information.
Analytics partners: Aggregated statistics and insights.

How to access and control information about me

We provide the ability to access, rectify, port and erase your data via Glamily Settings. Data is stored until it is no longer necessary to provide Services or until your account is deleted. Deleted account content (videos, photos) cannot be recovered, though information others shared about you remains.

Security

Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect Information, but cannot guarantee 100% security against unauthorized entry or hardware/software failure.

Children

Our Service is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party sites linked through our Service. Please consult each site's own policy.
